DoubleTree Hotel Springfield Wins Hilton Service Impact Award

The Service Impact Challenge is awarded to the best of the best in reliable, friendly guest service among Hilton Americas brands. According to Shawn McAteer, brand leader for DoubleTree by Hilton, the team’s combined efforts to drive the service experience resulted in a Q4 Overall Service score that was higher than Q4 2021.
