Our Diversity & Inclusion Committee council works with O’Reilly Hospitality team members at all levels and recommends strategic initiatives for recruitment, development, recognition, and retention of a diverse OHM team. The Diversity Council also supports and participates in activities that celebrate and promote diversity and inclusion within our company and the communities where we live and serve.

Each month, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee organizes various events and initiatives to foster open dialogue, promote understanding, and celebrate the multifaceted identities that enrich our organization. Every team member is invited to participate actively, as it is through collective engagement that we build a stronger and more inclusive community!
