Home2 Suites Will Bring 123 Stylish Suites to the Greater Denton Area
[Denton, Tex.] June 3, 2024 – Home2 Suites by Hilton, a stylish extended-stay hotel brand broke ground today in Denton, TX. The hotel is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in late 2025. The 123-suite hotel is located at 3125 Heritage Trail and is developed and managed by O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC.
To commemorate the groundbreaking, Chief Executive Officer Tim O’Reilly and Gerard Hudspeth, Mayor of Denton, shared their excitement for this project with partners, investors, and special guests from the Denton community.

The 123-suite hotel built by CROSSLAND Construction and developed and managed by O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, is located at 3125 Heritage Trail and will feature inspired amenities that focus on sustainability and community spaces for the savvy, sophisticated, and cost-conscious business and leisure travelers and their pets. Highlights of the hotel include in-suite kitchens with settings for six and full-size refrigerators, complimentary breakfast, The Oasis – a multifunctional community space for social gatherings, as well as communal and individual work and meeting zones. Guests will also enjoy Home2 Suites’ Spin2 Cycle, an integrated fitness room where guests can do laundry while they work out.
The hotel will be conveniently located next door to the award-winning Embassy Suites Convention Center providing access to expanded world-class convention space. also managed by O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC.
